The team
Built in Nigeria, for the posts that run on people
Cura is a two-founder company. One of us has spent years inside community health delivery. The other builds the models that sit on top of a real patient log. We are not a foreign vendor localising a dashboard. We are shipping an MVP for CHEWs, PHCs, and households that cannot wait for a national stack to finish.
Adaeze Okonkwo
Founder & Chief Executive
Community health systems · Lagos, Nigeria
Adaeze spent a decade inside primary care delivery — first as a community health officer, then designing outreach programmes for peri-urban Lagos and Ogun. She started Cura after watching the same patients retell their history at every post, and watching CHEWs carry three notebooks for one street. She owns the clinical workflow, partner relationships with PHC boards, and the rule that the product must work on a phone that already lives in a wrapper.
LinkedInIbrahim Suleiman
Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer
Applied machine learning · Abuja, Nigeria
Ibrahim builds the models and the product surface. His background is health informatics and applied ML — ranking, retrieval, and constrained generation that stay inside a patient's own record. He is responsible for the assistant, the recommendation engine, and the decision that Cura will not speak when it does not have a log to stand on. He is based in Abuja and works with state partners on how the data should move, and how it should not.
LinkedInWorking with us
If you run a PHC board, an NGO outreach programme, or a state innovation desk, start with the product. The founders will take it from there.
